The 2026 Global Conference on Technology, Ethics and Society (GCTES 2026) will be held from September 4-6, 2026, bringing together leading scholars, researchers, policymakers, and industry professionals from around the world to explore the complex interactions between technological innovation and societal values.

GCTES 2026 aims to foster interdisciplinary dialogue on emerging technologies, ethical governance, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, sustainability, data privacy, and social responsibility. Only original papers will be considered. The manuscripts must not be previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere. Must not be under review by any other conference or publication during the review cycle.
Authors are encouraged to check the similarity index of their paper before submission. Papers suspected of plagiarism, self-plagiarism, repeated publication, etc. will be rejected without further consideration.

Publication

Registered and presented full papers will be included in the GCTES 2026 digital conference proceedings and submitted to major citation databases (including, but not limited to CNKI and Google Scholar) for review and indexing.
