The 2027 Global Conference on Technology, Ethics and Society (GCTES 2027) will be held in Barcelona, Spain from September 18 to 20, 2027, bringing together leading scholars, researchers, policymakers, and industry professionals from around the world to explore the complex interactions between technological innovation and societal values.

GCTES 2027 aims to foster interdisciplinary dialogue on emerging technologies, ethical governance, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, sustainability, data privacy, and social responsibility. Call for Papers

Manuscripts can be submitted via the conference email contact@gctes.cn, or through the Online Submission System (will be available soon).

Only original papers will be considered. The manuscripts must not be previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere. Must not be under review by any other conference or publication during the review cycle.
Authors are encouraged to check the similarity index of their paper before submission. Papers suspected of plagiarism, self-plagiarism, repeated publication, etc. will be rejected without further consideration.

Publication

Registered and presented full papers will be included in the GCTES 2027 digital conference proceedings and submitted to major citation databases (including, but not limited to Scopus) for review and indexing.
